Dear candidate,

We inform you that RAVETLLAT AROMATICS, S.L. is the Controller of the processing of the personal data of the Data Subject, and we inform you that such data will be processed in accordance with the current legal provisions regarding data protection, with the purpose of making you an applicant in the processes of personnel selection and considering it for future incorporations.

The processing of your data is based on the request of the candidate and the application of pre-contractual measures as well as their consent for future selection processes. The data will be processed for a maximum period of one year, then we will proceed to block your personal data and, once the mandatory legal deadline of retention is met, we will remove such data from our system.

The personal data will not be transferred to third parties, except for legal obligation. In case of any change in your data, please inform us in writing as soon as possible in order to keep them updated.

Likewise, please note that you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, portability and deletion of your data, as well as the right to limitation and opposition to the processing of your personal data by contacting RAVETLLAT AROMATICS, S.L. on C/ Lima (P.
